Our goal is for every pooch to love their purchase. If this isn't the case, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Please email us at Laura@fetchsociety.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the next steps.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help organise an exchange, subject to availability.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Check our size guide for harnesses and collars. Measure your dog’s neck and chest, and allow space for two fingers for comfort. We also list example breeds for each size to help you choose.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location:
Australia: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
